A Wedding to Remember

Your wedding day will be one of the most memorable and exciting days of of your life and we at Trolleys of the Carolinas would like to be part of it!

Our wedding parties appreciate both the festive air which the trolley brings to a wedding and the wonderful personalities of our drivers who are there to assist the bridal party and guests. Let's discuss just a few of the ways that the trolley can make your wedding weekend even more memorable.

You may furnish special signage or other decorations for your trolley. Your representative could arrange to meet our driver ahead of time that day or decorate during the ceremony. Let us know in advance: We'll be delighted to work with you!

The Wedding Party
Some of our clients have our festive trolley meet the wedding party at the church at the conclusion of the ceremony. We transport the group to different locations for wedding photographs then proceed with the wedding party to the reception site. Other clients have the trolley pick up the groomsmen before the wedding and transport them to the church, then go to a 2nd location for the bride and bridesmaids. The trolley then waits at the church during the ceremony and afterwards transports the group for photographs with a final drop-off at the reception site.

Transportation For Your Wedding Guests
Many of our clients have out of town guests who do not know their way around our city or its suburbs and they ask us to provide safe, dependable and courteous shuttle transportation between the hotels, church, and reception hall. It also allows us to serve as a "designated driver" for those attending the reception.

Rates

Friday/Saturday Special: $1200 includes 4 hours on Friday and 4 hours on Saturday. Additional time is $125 per hour, plus a 20% Gratuity to Any Total.

Weekend Rates (Friday-/Sunday)/Holidays: $700 first 4 hours (minimum rate). Additional time is $125 per hour, plus a 20% Gratuity to Any Total.

Daily Rates (Monday-Thursday):
$600 first 4 hours (minimum). Additional time is $125 per hour, plus a 20% Gratuity to Any Total

There will be an additional charge for routes outside of Mecklenburg County.

Reservation times are calculated from the first pick up time to the last drop off time.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required within one week of your booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We can accept major credit cards for payment of your $100 deposit or entire balance by phone.

Maximum seating capacity per Trolley is 24 passengers and 16 standees (standees recommended only for short distances). Our fleet includes both "Antique Red" and "Teal Green" cars. All have beautiful oak and brass appointments. For your convenience our Trolleys are completely enclosed and equipped with air conditioning.
